Along with fast oil changes, Jiffy Lube offers inspections, preventative maintenance and cleaning of engine parts. The standard oil change prices they quote in their advertisements include up to 5 quarts of oil.

$77 dollars for an oil change at Jiffy Lube! I will never go to jiffy lube again.. They push to change filters, wiper blades and rotate tires! I had a coupon for the oil change but was not given $15 off.. Why do they even offer coupons when the techs will not even use it!!
I usually do my own oil changes at around $30 for full syn but my wife was stuck in FL for a while and we were due. Tried the Jiffy Lube down there and paid over $100! For an oil change. Wow. Won’t make that mistake again.
This will be my last time stopping at Jiffy Lube in Eastgate, outside Cincinnati, Ohio. I wanted to get an oil change for my son’s car and expected to spend around $40-$50. Instead, when I ask what is the basic service and how much it costs, I’m not even told about it, and instead I immediately hear about the synthetic oil change and the Ultra oil change that run approximately $90 or more. I told the attendant that I just wanted a basic oil service and he goes on to explain to me that their least expensive oil change for my vehicle based on mileage is the synthetic blend. I agree to do that service, but still not exactly sure what the price will be even with my $15 coupon. So when the service is finished I’m told they gave me a $10 discount to the price so I had to remind them of the original $15 offer I had. The attendant appeared aggravated that I wanted to use that coupon instead of using his original $10 offer. So I leave the location and when I get home I review the invoice and find some oddities which added to my frustration. First off no one asked me if I wanted my windows cleaned or my carpets vacuumed or tires checked, but on my invoice all three of those items were marked as “declined” by me. If I had been given the option of those services, I would have definitely requested them. My final complaint was that the invoice had an “authorized by” area for my signature, which someone else completed for me! My conclusion is if this is how Jiffy Lube operates their locations you can understand why I won’t return!
I took my truck into Jiffy Lube in savannah GA. They charged me 138.00 for a basic synthetic oil change. I feel I was charged far too much. Being a woman sometimes makes you an easy target for getting cheated and ripped off.
Jiffy Lube has lost my business.
Wish I had read the reviews about the cost of an oil change before getting serviced here. I only chose jiffy lube because I received a coupon, but I certainly won’t be back. Even after the $20 off coupon the total cost was over $80 and I spent about 45 minutes waiting. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
I asked for full synthetic as I have a 2011 Lexus IS250c. I brought my own oil filter as many shops don’t have the Lexus oil filter. They said my car took I think 6.6 quarts which I was shocked at but google said that’s true. My only complaint is I was charged labor of about $20, maybe it’s just how they framed the costs? So full synthetic with let’s call it 7 quarts of oil was $120 but website had $15 coupon, so paid $105. They didn’t vacuum floors but did check fluids and were quick. It was raining so they didn’t clean windows but that wasn’t expected
Our first and last Jiffy Lube. We didn’t want to pay over $100 for an oil change.
I asked if they had any specials or coupons. They did. So they told us we got a mid grade oil change and told it’d be $59. Okay fine. Another employee told us the order was $79+. I told her we were told it was going to be $20 cheaper. She told us there’s tax and disposal fee, etc. I was P.O
BUT when we paid for it it’s a little over $62! WTH? I’m not complaining about the final price although I thought it’s an expensive but it’s a quick job that’s what you pay for.
My issue was the incompetence of the employees when not communicating & understanding customers questions & statements.
Like I said it’s the first & last time at Jiffy Lube
My wife just took our jeep in to Edmonton to get the oil changed. She could not get the employees to stop harassing her about everything being wrong from the rear diff fluid To the air filter. She got an oil change and replaced the air filter for 180 dollars. I would not recommend jiffy lube to anyone. When she gets home from Edmonton and I get the receipt I will also be calling the manager. Never has she got ripped off and harrassed this much by any other oil change company

Line on university drive and 595 in Davie Fl. Having gotten many oil changes at jiffy in the past but not at this location, I just gave it to the guy outside to bring in. They charges 104.00 for a synthetic oil change. NUEVO in my
Life have I paid that much for an oil change. Even at other jiffy
Line locations. Needless to say I will post my review of this location everywhere I can so as to warn others to go elsewhere before getting ripped off here. Never again will I use jiffy for any car needs.
